We are a family run business, led by Directors Keith and Lia (Husband and Wife)

We were proud to take over the ownership of Kaleidoscope Care in April 2022 and love every minute of working alongside the William Alvey school and with families to provide quality wrap around care.
Keith has worked within Kids club for nearly 2 decades, he has fantastic relationships with our families and brings lots of energy and fun to the club, which the children love and they often refer to the club as
" Keith's Club".

Lia has over 28 years experience working in childcare and has a BA (Hons) Degree in early childhood, Lia has spent most of her career in the Early Years but has always worked in the background of the club and more recently has retired from the early years sector committing more of her time to Kaleidoscope.
​
Our eldest daughter also works as a manager in the company and has a HND in performing arts, the children love her drama classes during holiday club, and talent shows are always a favourite. Paige has a love of the stage and has performed in several stage performances including 'Velma in Chicago' and 'Violet in 9 to 5'.
​
Our youngest daughter decided that childcare was not for her and works as a veterinary Care assistant, which she loves, but occasionally visits us at the club.

Our Team

We are proud of the amazing team that work with us, some of which have been with the company from the very start in 2011.
The Team as a whole provide an environment everyday that is fun and stimulating and most importantly safe for the children.
All members bring different skills to the club including but not limited to; Creativity, Sport, Cooking, Drama and Art.
They all have the qualities of Mary /Mark Poppins , they are Friendly, Caring, Patient, fun, enthusiastic, and promote an environment where
both staff and children thrive are willing to 'have a go'.

All staff at the club are DBS Checked and either hold an Early Years Qualification or are trained in the Common Core Skills and Knowledge.
All staff receive Training in Paediatric First Aid , Safeguarding, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and Allergy training.
